Help with 2012 ML350 Bluetec Upper Limit Reached

PULLING CODE P010 with genetic OBII scanner.
PULLING CODE 150300 code with Snap-On scanner (Hot Film Upper Limit Reached)
Replaced: Both MAF sensors along with gasket, MAP sensor, both air filter. All OEM part. Re-adapt both sensors with Snap-On Scanner.
Vehicle is running great. However I can't clear the check engine light. It's still show the same code.
Please help if you have/had similar problem or experience with it.

Thanks in advance.

Problem solved: new Bosch MAP sensor was out of range, didn't produce enough boost pressure. Replaced to DC sensor (O.E brand) on my vehicle, light went away right after.
Good luck,
