Coolant Color

Recently I have been in the market for a late model W166 CPO and have noticed a good deal of different coolant colors. My experience with MB is 2012+ so I have rarely seen the orange color and until a little research thought this was non-OE.

(There are two OE coolant colors. The older is orange (G05) and the newer is blue (G48). G48 has fewer silicates PPM, but otherwise supposedly there are internal MB documents which say they are interchangeable. No other color though is OE.)

The question is how does a low mileage MY15 vehicle have orange in it when even MY12 vehicles have blue from factory? Unless it was flushed of course, but a lower mileage <20K vehicle has not hit the service interval for such a replacement. So then the question is did it come from the factory that way and MB Alabama decided to just finish their stock. Could those who own new MY15+ W166 care to please share what color they have?

W204 C63 Coupe, W166 ML350 BlueTEC, 928GT, C5 Z06 & IS300 race cars, EQE 4Matic+ on order
The two coolants (blue and pink in color) have different chemical properties. They are not interchangeable - each one is tailored for a specific application. My late 2015 ML350 Bluetec (yes, they made a 2015 diesel ML for Canada) uses the pink coolant. My 2013 C63 uses the blue one.
