ecu update to remove governor
Hello MB Family,
got a cls 55 and sent ecu in to remove governor and car still will only go 142 mph, the company stated that it was remove and he asked me -Do you have any other devices or is your transmission control unit modified? It is possible that if all the faults a present top speed may be governed- what is he talking about and did i get scammed?

Ecu update
DimSport, The speed limit is 360km/h, they also setup a valet mode that worked fine, and today my alternator went out do u think it's any relation? Let me also say I don't think I was scammed the guys have worked with me to get it fixed but they don't know why it's not working

Wasn't aware of DimSport providing an actual tune... I had always thought they just provided the tuning tool (MyGenius) and the person using it was doing the actual programming.

The VMAX has been raised to 360km/h in the tune. We are working on a solution to see why you are not able to achieve higher speeds. This is a first we have ever experienced this on ME2.8 ECUs and in particular 55 Kompressors.
