Oil Change

I see people ask a question and other just interject opinions and such. I am changing my friends 2011 4.7 Litre Bi Turbo CL 550. I have removed the under pans but can not see a drain plug. Is there one or not? A simple yes or no please where is it? Thank you.
BTW, the link someone posted was for the OLD engine 5.0 engine. Not the 4.7 Bi-Turbo 4 matic. They are drastically different.
Does this car require a extraction method or can it be drained like any other normal engine. My 2014 CL 600 still can be drain normally.

P.S. I posted the Part numbers and Excellent pricing for Oil and Filters...

I purchased one of these extractors from amazon a while back. Works great...

Was only $225- when I purchased it. I don't use the top drain pan. Its great for just about anything. On other cars / trucks, when you siphon transmission fluid, you can see how much you took out and put back the same amount.
Question, don't most manufactures quote XXX miles or once a year, which ever comes first for Oil Changes?
