Current purchasing incentives on the 2016's
Does anyone know for sure what the current incentives on purchasing and/or leasing a new 2016 S are? I've heard speculations.
Factory to dealer money?
Factory to customer money?
Any holdback?
Money for old inventory?
Any help would be appreciated.

All I know for sure is $8000.00 in trunk money on the coupes (SE Region). There should be at least $5000 in TM on the sedans.

Just found out some information for those interested on this subject;
On the 2016 right now:
1-$10,000 in trunk money ( dealer has option to use or not)
2-Invoice is 6% back of MSRP
3-Holdback is 6% as well.
On a car with an MSRP of $100 k, this would translate up to $22,000 in discounts if the dealer is willing to give up all the money. Probably won't give up all.

Trunk money is factory to dealer money that they can use as much as they want up $10,000 right now towards sealing a deal on the 2016 S classes. Some dealers will give it all to the customer, some will not.

MB's in NC
I have relatives that live in Cary, NC and for some reason the deals on the S class cars down there are terrible. I live in NJ and just priced out and ordered a 2017 S5504matic, the msrp was $112,585 and I paid $101,000.
MB has a factory incentive of $4,000 and my dealer usually discounts the car 6% to 7% depending on how the car market is and now it's terrible for the dealers, it's definitely a buyers market now and now is the time to buy if you want one.
