I suggest you reconsider your assessment, it wasn't a cry for attention - it was intended as a joke to amuse the people from the drab daily routines that we often encounter during this busy time of year - those that can actually take a joke and understand the humor and satire behind it. As for you Stuttgart, it was ironic, rhetorical, satirical - whatever you want to classify it as but certainly not serious. For His sake I am not criticizing the European people - as I have stated numerous times as one side of my family is Western European (not in lineage, in actual birth location). I am American born as well and I love my country with an undying passion, but I intend to poke fun at the various and often hilarious ignorant Americans that constitute a small percentage of the population, yet the type of person that Europeans generally categorize all Americans under by complimenting many of the things they are more adept at than the average American teenager I am forced to spend 7 hours per day 5 days a week with. The original post was intended to be funny, stereotypical, and offensive intentionally - much like my last thread that actually had a bunch of funny and witty responses. Thank you for recognizing this Innocent_Stud because it was intended as a laugh - an off-color humor post intended to poke fun at the various differences and mannerisms that make us all unique - and thus as beautiful as any other human life.

Dude, I was born in Iowa ! I work for the Department of Defense. I wasnt offended, though I did think you where serious. Just wanted to point out that the Euro's are far from the romantic and sophisticated people there image portrays. In fact there are more mullets here in Stuttgart than all of the US.

No what was ironic (and funny) was that you called the OP a moron using the 2nd person possessive "your" when it is supposed to be 2nd person "you're" or "you are". Which is a noun and a verb.

People can see that and go "wow, he made a grammar/spelling mistake while calling someone else a moron. LOLLLL jokes on him!"
