Anybody know of a member / cheap place in Socal for bumper cutting?

I never cut corners for my baby, but for bumper cutting im not so particular, anybody know of a member on here or a guy, or a place that will cut new holes in my bumper for cheap in Socal?

Places in SGV will do it.. I don't know how cheap tho. Let me see if I can find out the name of these places.

Mike @ I-Designs. He's kinda infamous for some outsourced work but HE himself does company cars and prototyping. No joke, he's a friend of mine and I've known him for years.
