New 2011 bluetec engine tuning??? To tuners ot there...

Tought i post it in here... tried other theads but no replyes. Does any tuner out there have or is planing to have a power box kd box or any other box that will produce gains on this new diesel engines. So far the only one that claims to have anything is power diesel but no reviews on them, Kleeman said that they only have ecu tune that kd box wont work because the new computer will see that the box is there and it will adapt to it and the gains will go back to stock( i think they should sit down and have someone crack this and make the box as all the diesel engines/computers will be like that). Now Brabus on the other hand has a box because a member on here got it from them for his 2011 S350 blutec but when i tried calling them 3 times already they just say that someone from that departament will call back and nobody ever does(i guess thats too little of a sale for them)

So please if anyone knows anything about new bluetec diesel tuning post here as im desperate to have couple od more ponies and tourqe on my 2011 GL350 diesel...

Hubert,

I have researched a bit regarding bluetec tuning as well (for 2010 R350BT), and most suppliers are from Europe. KD Box won't support bluetec engines.

Found THIS. However, I would wait for Brabus first before choosing the other alternative.

Called Brabus numerous times left messegaes and never got a call back from them. Heard about this european company and heard good things but i wonder if it will work on a US spec. bluetec engine??? Also there is power diesel here that claims they were making kd box for kleemann and now they are on their own and make a 2 stage box for the new bluetec engine but nobody ever tried them and kleemann never responded to the thread that stated that they kleemann used power diesel boxes and just swaped the sticker on the box...

Thank you will email them as the gains look really good on a GL, wonder if their tuning wil workn on a American market car. Im just surprised that Brabus makes one for the S350 bluetec and not for the GL wonder what is the difference. None of the tuners even looked at this post guessing there is not a big market in US for diesel tuning.

I am your huckleberry bro. My shop that converted my car to stage 3 does in house blue tech tunning. It will be a custom tune specific to your car. I will shoot you a pm on the details before the day is over.
