Transplant has begun. Here are the first pics.
For now, removing SLS and replacing the gaskets.
2.0 8v that is coming out.
The diff will also be replaced. ASD (3.23) in ABS diff out (3.48)
ABS:
ASD:
The clutch on the 2.0 is better, so it will be used as well.

Well, today I was in the garage taking off the diffs and cleaning the one from the 2.3-16 and I noticed something...

For now just new photos. I forgot to take a picture of the clutch disk that was refiled and reinforced, I took the original disk to a shop that repairs clutches from lories/big rigs/ trucks whatever you'd like to call them, and they repaired mine.
The difference from a regular brake line to a custom braided. Basically I took the original line to a shop that does hydraulic tubes for several purposes and they made these ones for me. Costed 12.50€ each, next monday I'll take the from ones. They told me they could customize the piping to the oil radiator with braided line as well, but I don't know if there's any real big advantage on doing so.
The rear caliper on the left side already with the braided line:
This was originally from the 2.3-16. Already cleaned of course.
Same thing on the right side:
Now some photos of the LSD already installed:
Tomorrow I'll try to do something more.

I've been away for a while because I was on holidays. I took the central brake pump from the 2.3-16 and gave a little bit of heat resistant paint.
The wiring has been quite an headache, specially trying to figure out where some of the wiring goes. Most of the wiring is disconnected underneath the fuse box, but there are some that are giving me doubts.

I've been away for a while but I'm back. The rear sway bar and the engine wiring is already in its place. I hope to see it reving again by next week.
The engine head was lowered and repaired by 0.5mm, so I guess that it will have a little bit more power. There's also a friend that is going to get me a 2.5-16 to repair and maybe later applying it.
I also have a doubt about the pistons, because these have 95mm, and I was told that maybe the block is from a 2.5.
I'm also going to replace the oil cooler for a bigger one.
For now that's all.

Things got delayed. The engine head and the valves are already repaired, but the mechanic forgot to mention that one of the cylinders was damaged, so now I'm waiting for it to be repaired, and also banging my head against the wall...
