K&N filter

I have used K&N on multiple vehicles . The first was a 1987 Mustang GT where I also removed and through out the intake baffle . Noticeable performance gain . A few more examples since then... .
Currently ,I replaced the entire intake on a Mercedes-Benz with K& N and upgraded to a performance exhaust including the cat. conv. This is an ideal set up where as,the engine can benefit from increased airflow in . It allows for increased flow out . There is a balance ,makes sense!
