Help: Looking to upgrade w203 speakers

Hey guys, sorry if this is a re post, but I could not find much information on this.

My car is a 2002 c240. Standard audio.

My rear right speaker I believe is blown. Instead of just getting the factory speaker, I am looking to upgrading all 4 speakers instead.
The problem is, I know nothing about car audio. I have read that all four speakers are 6.5 inches.

I went to a local car audio place with some questions, didnt help me to much. I'm not looking to spending thousands of dollars on a system, I just want some nice clean bass speakers. I was looking at the 6.5" kickers. Are these any good? Would I need an amp? Is the wiring straight forward? Will they fit?

Or should I get something better?

If anyone has any information on this, or knows of other threads like this, your help would be appreciated.

Thank you!
