when is it appropriate to blast a sponser?
I ordered a few things from a board sponser a month ago - giving them a $1k deposit on a $3k order. I have nothing. They blame the manufacturers. Then say the items shipped...another week nada. Sometimes i get a response email, however, last week i sent 3 status requests...did not get a response. I finally called.

I am easy going, but a week w/o a response and now a month with nada...is getting silly.
