c230 Purchase
Reading through threads. Looking for advice on purchasing:
2005 c230, 99000 miles, from 2nd owner. Clear Carfax. They are pulling service records (the owner works at the Mercedes dealer here). Car seems to be in perfection condition.
What should I be on the lookout for??
I took it out today. The clutch catches about an inch off the floor (which doesn't seem right) but is solid and spins both wheels. The rev limiter kicks in at 6k - which I HATE. Everything else is tight and responsive, although there is more cabin noise than I might have hoped for.
