Thanks, for the response, What is the best way to jump the vehicle? Is there a set of posts in the engine compartment?

Yes. Terminals are located on the left of the engine bay as you face the engine if I am not mistaking.

CAUTION!

The "best way" to jump ANY Mercedes is after reading the owners manual.

DO NOT skip that step.
