So far these are all the parts I have found to increase performance for our engine...

Intake
K&N air filter
Filters and Intakes

I have not found a "performance" spark plug.

headers
OBX HEADER MERCEDES BENZ C300 C350 V6 W204 M272 Parts - DragTimes.com
you will need to get tuning. why? The headers change the timing of when the individual cylinders exhasut hits the O2 sensor.

AMS performance parts
They only make the aluminum pully for the w272.
Abedin Motorsports* "Uncompromised Performance"

tuning
Dyno-Comp - Mercedes R Class Software/Electronics

CAM
Mercedes M272 V6 4 valve Sports-Camshaft-Kit SCHRICK 268° - VW TUNING, BAR-TEK Motorsport, Glader, Polo, Golf, Corrado, Motortuning, G60, G40,

cam and maybe other parts...?
Kleemann - Super sport camshafts for Mercedes/AMG V6 and V8

Many of these seem sketchy.
MERCEDES BENZ R350 2007-2008 Performance Chip

tuning
MKB - Products

If there is a specialized shop, im sure they can port the heads for better flow.

You can also use Mobil 1 synthetic Diesel oil to improve performance due to it higher lubricating properties. I also has Gas engine API ratings.

Also I strongly suggest to not use mobil 1 ESP formula due to the VERY LOW lubricating properties compared to any other engine oil.
And the 0w-40 oil is also a good oil but again, that is on the lower end of lubrication than other oils.
I use half Mobl 1 TBD 5w-40 and half Mobil1 0W-40 in my MB and Cayenne.

At the top of the list of messages on the main page, it says "Speedlimit" is the admin for this thread. I suppose you could PM him.

Performance DRY air filter. So there is no oil to mess up with the mass air flow sensor.
AFE 30-10085 "Pro Dry S"

Constructed with 100% polyurethane on all four sides, this high flow "oil-free" OE replacement performance filter will outflow stock paper filter for improved horsepower and torque. Two layers of progressively finer mesh synthetic media provide maximum convenience and easy maintenance. Washable and reusable for multiple cleaning cycles, the tall open evenly spaced pleats provide excellent dust holding capacity for longer service cycle between cleanings. Integrated urethane bump seal insures tight, no leak seal over the life of the filter.

I strongly suggest getting the NON oiled air filters to prevent the oil from effecting the engine's sensors. I have direct experience with the K&N oil effecting my engine.

I'm starting to slowly fall in love with this car and might buy one this summer to add to the stable. I will keep an eye on this thread to see options to upgrade.
