Front shock replacement DIY?

Looks like I need to replace front shock absorbers on my 2007 R350. Standard suspension, no airmatic.
Did anybody do this job? Is it suitable for DIY? no special tools or calibration required?

thanks

I replaced the coil springs on mine... So yes I've done the job before. You will need a selection of tools but nothing to special. Seems like a 22mm wrench/ socket is the biggest you will need. You WILL need spring compressors and I found a second floor jack was very helpful. Take your time and you will be fine.
