Ive come a bit further.........
Wife cleaning the new carpets thoroughly...
Starting to transform to black interior...The sidepanels will get som beige details also. Just installed them temp here to get the effect.

My wife refused to hold the "value cap" for me when I pumped air to the tires because they are too "dirty".... huh...

It has been a while since an update..I know...But I have been fiddeling with the install of the new Comand NtG 2.5 and finally all works. And now I have started with ALCANTARA mania......
I dont want to show of to much yet but here are som teaser pics:

A Little update then on doorpanel alcantara wrapping....
Since I am going for the designo look I also wanted the emblems for it so I started with maiking a template and cut out so the emblem would be lowered into the panel so it didnt stand out to much.
Took a test piece and mounted it
Cut out a piece for the emblem to fit.
And testfitted it.
The hole for the darn trunk button was ofcourse missing on the new panel so I had to cut a new one.
Done. Went for the designo look on that as well.
Removed all pieces inc the handle since I wanted the one with vissible stiching and masked it and spayglued it and the alcantara piece.
Now it is just to start fitting it and cutting it in the right places.
Cutting. Sorry for the blurry pic.
Since the Wood and opening handle was chrome I had to replace this bruched piece as well.

Also added this in black and added in my opinion the missing H/K emblem.
All done for front...

Interesting, Chris. Do you have a car that you are basing your interior on? I want to see your grand vision of what the end product will be like.

the module and the grille star and programming I guess I expected... when you say cable kit I'm assuming you mean a harness? also what is the leveler? I'd really love to add distronic to mine.
