Leaning car; bag or shock

I went into the garage the other day and noticed my 07 R350 listing heavily to the port side. I suspect faulty rear suspension. How can I determine if I need to replace the shock absorber or the airbag? I do not believe that this unit has the automatic leveling option. Also, should I replace in pairs or is single unit replacement ok?

Replace in pairs if they need changing. If its sagging on one side it probably the air bag. Depending on your mileage you may want to do shocks and bags at the same time. Check the top of the shock for oil as it will appear wet around the seal. Tip-- do a leak check at the (1)air bag and (2)distribution block before you do any repairs .Spend $20 and change the compressor relay !!!

Thanks. Where is a good source for a system diagram (location of the distribution block and compressor relay)? I looked at the bag and didn't see any lines in or out of it. How do I check for leaks without taking it out?

Relay for the comp is in the engine compartment in relay distribution box on passenger side by the coolant expansion tank. Search this forum for more (tons) info that has been previously posted by starbound01 on the air system. Leak check bags and lines with soapy water. The valve block is below the passenger side headlight . It'll have 3 plastic air lines attached to it ( rear bag setup only ). Search this forum!

Thank you for your help. I apologize for my ignorance on navigating the system.

Sag resolved

A note to close the loop on my "leaning car" issue. I jacked up the left rear of the car, removed the wheel and the fender liner, inspected the airbag, and just let the axel hang for about 30 minutes. I then put the wheel back on and lowered the car. The vehicle has been level ever since. I don't understand and it really doesn't matter; the car is fine.

Mine did that a couple times. Then one day the bag called it quits. Buy bags, they are easy to change.

FYI you can inflate/deflate them manually through DAS. Mine did the same thing and I only replaced the faulty bag (seems fine). I also found out that unlike my GL the R only has the airbags in the rear. The front is still Springs and Struts.
