I own a 2010 R500 4matic. In the last six weeks she started dropping on the rear right side when switched. As soon as she is started a message display "please wait suspension lifting" contacted dealers to get quote on air suspension spring. When vin number are supplied to them, I am told that my car definitely do not have a air suspension as per records. And only needs a normal shock. Does this drop an lift sound like a air suspension problem or not? She is out of service maintenance plan.
