Need help to wire LED DRL

Hello!

My car is 2011 R350 Bluetec w/out 'Lighting package'. No LED DRL's, but Halogen ones and Fog lights.
I always liked the look of the factory LED DRL's that comes with Xenon package.
So, recently I purchased DEPO LED DRL's (exact match to the factory LED DRLs) for a very low price form Amazon. I guess it was a pricing error on the Amazon side, but they shipped it to me w/out any issues. I paid around $30 for both!
So my question is on how to properly wire them. I did purchased all the connectors and bumper cover inserts for the new LED DRLs, but still need to figure out on how to make them to work this way:
1. During day ---> full brightness. Or maybe half brightness will be enough?
2. During night ---> reduced brightness
3. Fog lights on ---> full brightness

I am not very good with electrical stuff, but with proper instructions can do it w/out any hesitations.
BTW - I do have an access to the MB Star Diagnosis system, if any changes to front SAM or any other modules will require.

Any suggestions on how and what relays I need to add and wire?

Thanks in advance!
