Diff seal weeping

Diff seal weeping
Changed diff fluid today and noticed "dampness" around one of the axle seals on the diff housing. Its not dripping so I have some time before replacing it. Did a forum search and didn't see anything related to this although I could have overlooked it. Anyone have insight to this seal replacemnent?
