Hi kw.. I bought one of these and did a write up on it on Amazon (with install pics), it's my r500 so should have the same grill etc... have a lookey.

I have 2012 R-350 I install the Star is realy nice and connected to fuse 120 or 121 it shows 7.5 amps but it stay on all the time unless I shut down the car. Also running during the day. I have a volt meter and I was unable to find the fuse for headlights or parking lights. Any ideas?

Where did you buy the led star? On Ebay, there are no confirmed fitments. I've got a 2010 R350

Dedalo: my star is running in daylight too.It's working when i Turn My Key on.I dont really botter whit it.
Auto385: i did buy my star @ the same place jonmac did.Yes it did not fit snuggly.Had to made 2 small hole in the back of the black plastic frame.2.tiwrap did the job.For me ,it secure it.My mechanic connect it in the fuse box @ the left side facing my 350 .

i got my on ebay, but was exact as original no clue or anything snap in as the original took me ten minutes to install it my issue is what fuse box do i connect to it so will come on with my lights. Here is the link where i bought it on ebay from.
I look the one from AMAZON but my looks diffrent the LED light is around the star not in the middle as appear the one from AMAZON. John Mac can you upload a picture which fuse box your mechanic used?
