Reading Lights

Is anyone had replace the reading lights on R-350? The book is not really tell you how to do this? all my interior lights are LED except this one. I am afraid to take apart. Anyone can help on this issue?

Are these the ones on the bottom of the rear view mirror or the overhead light?
