2010 R350 Bluetec start problems

Hello. I recently purchased a 2010 R350 Bluetec diesel. After 2 weeks I had a service engine light come on. It was diagnosed as a faulty glow plug module.

Since replacing the module, the car will not start unless the engine is warm. Does anyone have any idea what the issue could be? Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated as I'm at my wits end.

The major problem is that both you and me don't know what tool was used to test
the car--he says its a glow plug module----now the car has starting issues---there are many reasons why a diesel wont start--take the car back to the dude that did the work!!
