Trunk door of my 2006 R500 was not opened sometimes. Had to pull the manual lock release handle inside the door panel every time when it happened and that was annoying.

ordered door lock assembly online and replaced it last week. All the jobs are mostly on about removing the trunk door panels and covers to access to the lock assembly. Should be careful not to destroy the white plastic panel clips However its inevitable that more or less you will damage some. So if anyone wants to do removal or door panel better order some new clips (I know a tiny plastic clip costs 5 or 6 bucks a piece that is a ripoff for sure)
