R63 Brake Sizes

I have a R350 and am looking to retrofit the AMG brakes. Does anyone know if the rotors are the same size? Can I just change the calipers out or will the non AMG rotors be the wrong size?

I don't know the rotor size, but the brake sizes are as follows.

R63 - Front = 15.4'' Internally Ventilated Rear = 14.4'' Internally Ventilated

R350 - Front = 13.0'' Internally Ventilated Rear = 13.0'' Solid
