It is CPO. I am the 2nd owner. The car is very clean. The leather seats are like new, no crack nor stain. Non-smoker. No accident. Carfax is clean. All the services maintenance are done in the dealer. It currently has 36k miles. Below are the packege that come with the car.

The car has extended warranty until Feb 2014.

According to the sales person when I bought the r63, she said this car was the last batch of the order. When the dealer wanted to order another one, they had alredy stopped the production. So it probably the last few cars out the the total of 44 for 07 in the U.S.

The owner manual, 2 keys, and still have the paper that shows all the options, sticker price, mpg, etc.

^That's about average for them with low mileage if you can find one.

umm i was offered one here local with 40k for $41,000. i've seen 2 change hands for under 45k.

That's one hell of a deal, over here in Chicago the only one I have seen go for that low was one with almost 60k miles on it.
