These are very few and far between, your best bet is probably ordering one from the dealer for $600 (don't remember the exact price but it's around there).
Are you considering doing the carbon fiber diffuser for your car?

The reason I ask is if you are, you can just buy the CF diffuser and glue it on top of your stock one. You'll just have to cut the exhaust openings wider to accommodate the quad tips. My CF diffisuer is made to be glued on top of the stock piece.

Note: If I have R63, I would not mind to spend that much money.
