I have lost several LCD letter/numbers bars that form the station/cd indication in the radio display window. Where's the best place to send the radio? Is the radio easy to remove...I don't want to damage the wood surrounding it.

There's a tool, well, two pieces of keylike things to pull the radio out. You could get them from MB parts or eBay. Good luck.
