97 CL500 headlamp wiper motor failed

one side of the headlamp wiper motor failed and the wiper is now stuck vertically. i want to make it back into horizontal position then disable it... i don't actually need this wiper.

any way of doing this? thank you.

The motor on the passenger side is typically the one that fails. There's a reason for this that I can't recall but it simply needs to be replaced - check fuses and connections first of course!
