Hi all, I was searching around for some tuning options for my coupe and I saw this from Renntech:

Seems a tad pricey for just a firmware update. Anyone else out there have a good product that others have experience with? Any gotchas I need to be aware of?

Just picked up my car from the dealer day before yesterday and drove straight down to Santa Ana and they did the tune while I waited. Took all of 1 1/2 hours. They are a fraction of the price, even at retail. I happened to get in on the last day of the promo sale. They still are offering a discount for MB World forum members. I paid 800.00 but that was the month of July sale. Regular price is only 1,195.00. I've used all of these guys but have done 4 tunes with them and will never use another tuner again.

I am considering, and have always liked Renntech. they are factory supported. I am sure other tuners have good products but I would only consider renntech for myself
