Question Driver Side AC & Rear Vent Airflow

Is it normal for the driver side ac vent to have significantly stronger airflow/output than the passenger side with all controls set to same settings? I was told this is also the only ac vent that has the ionization.

I've also noticed the airflow from the rear ac vents is pretty weak...are you guys finding the same?

TIA

Rear Vents Update: After playing around with all the settings, if you set the climate control to face vs auto etc. the rear vents push out an much more air.
