[QUOTE=94E420;2662714]Recently I had my mechanic replace all of the tubing that connects to dreaded servo on my w116 diesel.
Since I’ve had the car back its running very hot almost into the red. Even in below freezing temps. I addressed this with the mechanic and he couldn’t find the problem. Prior to having the tubing replaced engine temp was NEVER an issue. What did he do that is causing this issue? ______________________________________________ Merry Christmas. When you say tubing did you mean the radiator hoses? A friend of mine has the same car, same year and I noticed that his return coolant hose on the passenger side (in front of the battery) was pinching on this small caliber rubber tube. Check on it. |

Air needs to be burped from the system. Get the right front corner up in the air and let the engine get warm.
