How do I remove front door?

I have a 1984 euro sel500 that my grandpa got from Germany and also just bought a 560sel American version with very nice exterior (ours had dent in our hood) both cars are black so we switched the hoods, and the donor car had brand new aluminum wheels (mine was chrome wheels
But original and chrome was mostly peeled off, also my dad backed his truck into the 500sel front passanger door and so we went to switch the doors and I can't get the wiring that has the seat controls ect out of the hole in the door to pull out through the side and then switch the doors, any help how to get those wires through the hole in the door is greatly appreciated

Oh also our black leather seats had some cracks and the donor car had a mint interior so were in the process and of switching the seats and were seeing the differences in the two seats because the 500 has 4 plugs and the 560 had 5. Plugs to hook in it's kind of confusing
