Transmission help request

Hi.

I have a W126 280se euro 1982, I need guidance or assistance adjusting my tranny.
My problem is jerky shift specially in the beginning of R.

You need to bring up the lack of response with customer service.

In the mean time, check your vacuum tubing leading to the left side of the transmission. If a hose is cracked or a connector torn or ripped, then your transmission will shift hard. If the tubing leading to the transmission appears intact, then see if it holds a vacuum; if not, then you may have a bad vacuum modulator.
