w126 500 sel 1985
LIMP MODE ISSUE
i have a 500sel 1985 in limp mode. ANY IDEAS?

I don't believe there is such a thing as limp mode on mercedes that old. I'm guessing you likely have a transmission problem that's preventing it from upshifting and gaining speed.

Need more details, could be transmission, third brake light, wiring, etc. when does it go into limp mode?
