1987 Mercedes-Benz 420SEL
1987 Mercedes-Benz 420SEL problem

This is my first Mercedes-Benz. I have put $7,000 into it. Problem is when she gets hot she stutters and dies. I have replaced the following: injectors x8, injector o_rings, spark plugs x8, distributor cap, distributor rotor, fuel pumps x2, fuel filter, fuel screen, fuel screen o rings, intake boot clamp, sensor plate potentiometer, fuel distributor, o rings, fuel pump relay x2, overload relay, fuel hose x2, fuel line, battery x2, fuel pumps x2, fuel filter, air filter, belts x4, motor mounts, valve cover gaskets x2, cam oiler kits x2, a/t service kit.

When I first start the car she runs like a champ. When she gets up to 80c (176f) she cuts out like she is out of gas. I can hear the fuel pumps running for a couple seconds. Gas tank is full with 91 octane gas. Shut off the ignition switch. Car will start right up when I try an restart it. Runs for about 5 minutes then repeats. This happens idling the car on the driveway or driving down the road.

Any suggestions on what I can look at next.
