My 82 300sd's driver seat is stuck all the way to the far back and I need to remove the seat. The seat motor sounds like its working but the seat won't move. I want to clean the track and do some troubleshooting. Any ideas on how to remove the seat while its still so far back and the bolts seemingly unreachable? Thanks

I have no idea whether this will work, however remove the two from rail bolts and try and spread the rails to the point that you can lift up and pull out from the front!!
