1987 Mercedes-Benz 560SEC
Trying to fit 18x8.5 to a 560SEC, please help
I have 18x8.5 AMG wheels that I have refinished and want to put on my SEC. For anyone that has already done this, please advise what size spacer and lowering spring I should use. I could try and fit this all myself but if someone has done this, it will help me take the guess work out of it. Thanks

Bill, your car looks awesome. I've never seen one in that color and it really adds a nice classiness to it. Your wheels are almost identical to mine but mine are hitting the top of the knuckle hence the thread. What springs dud u put on? And what's your tire size? Thanks for reply and congrats on the great looking car

2019 C43 Coupe, 2017 GLE63, 2007 CL600, 1985 SEC560, 2015 FIAT 500,
I installed H&R springs in the front and adjusted the rear ride height. The wheels are 18" Monoblocks from a W211. The tires are Sumitomo 235/40/18 at the front and 285/35/18 at the rear. A benzworld member gave me his wheel and tire specs.
