300 SE
Question Radio issue
I have a 1989 300SE, original radio. Cassette plays fine. Radio does not play. Radio shows the station in the display, but nothing over the speakers but light static. I pulled the radio and checked the cables and all is fine. Checked the connection in the trunk/antenna and all is OK there too. NOTE: Car was off the road and no battery for over a year. Any suggestions?

If it is the original radio they will know what went bad and can certainly fix it.
