92 400 se need any kind of help
there r a couple of this i need help with before i bring it ti a garage to get fixed 1. the speedometer does not work 2. ac does not go on its fully charged and not seized up 3.abs and srs lights are on 3. only happens some times when i put my directionals on all lights blink for a second and then back to normal if any one can help these anyof these probs it would be a great help .......

Sorry I was meaning the blower motor speed control regulator that is loacted near the fan. Also if the AC is working what does this mean?

So you mean the fan is fine just the AC is not cold. If that is the case then get ready to spend a few grand getting the AC core redone. I guess it could be the compresser or the duo valve.
If you could be more clear in exactly what you want that would help.

If the compressor runs, check the blower motor, the speed regulator could be bad (common). The motor also has been known to sieze on the shaft, some drops of ATF have been known to free it. The blower, is not fused and the regulator is in the ground side of the motor. There are also sensors that keep the compressor from coming on. The speedometer is electrical and driven via a sensor on the left front wheel (ABS) sensor, which appens to involved in ASR. The manual cautions about having ABS working before chasing speedo issues

As for fliker of lights. It sounds like your gauge cluster board is shorting out. A common problem with W140 & R129 with roller-style odometer.
There is no fix for it but to replace the cluster with digital odometer. They are approximately 800 ~ 900 to replace (including parts/labour/tax/what not) at dealers.
