Driver’s Seat Back Doesn’t Move and is Crooked / Lopsided

Can someone please help me with my driver’s seat back, which doesn’t move and is crooked / lopsided, as the right side is lower / more reclined than the left side?

It’s not the electric motor, as when I move the switch on the door I hear the motor moving (turning), but I believe the gears in seat itself have worn out.

Is there any way to get the seat back on ‘track’ and to move it manually, at least temporarily?

Please advise, as the seat back is not in a comfortable position.

Thanks!
