96 was the first year they introduced the asr button. they realized people want to turn the traction control off here and their especially when u get stuck in the snow. these cars are like big toboggans yet very predictable. by the way im 22 and i love these cars but i did grow up around sel's. the early s classes also had a lil more electrical problems that they fixed after 95.

you have to power brake them,my s320 will roast tires, however tires are expensive. Most chips you find even a $200 chip only add 17 hp.Thats too much money,I bought my nitrous kit used for $250,and added 125 horsepower. Its called a sniper NOS system for V8s.Add one to your s420 and you'll beat a s550 amg. Oh yeah to do a burnout you should have a ASR button. At a stop press button to turn off ASR then burn rubber.

yo man ur a dumb ***. its the button ur talking about. weather its for a 140 or not they arent gonna change the idea of the option for a different model. i did give u props i did forget about that but it aint an asr button like i said prove it or **** off m*******

im right thats why im talking like that ya fairy. wat u said was dumb and stubborn. prove it or **** off. serriously think about what u said. MB wouldnt change the idea of the button for a diffrent model. its not an asr defeat switch. **** manners if ur dealing with a dumb ***.

they have a great traction control system so they feel u shouldn't want to turn it off. except a lil leeway when dealing with the snow hence a tire with snow chains on it. hey dude who started the forum go out and test the button. if u can do a donut without ur car jumpin on u ur good.
