40 shipped. literally brand new, was only on the car 2 days. matches clear headlights perfectly. updates look of car. high quality depo brand. FITS ALL MODELS W140

They look good,however replacing glass headlights with plastic has to suck.

Look I'm looking for lights with the LEDs made out of glass.If they are plastic never mind

The updated lights are plastic,however you can buy just the LEDS for daytime lights.
