Smile S320 W140 1996 heater problem

Good day all,

I have a problem with the heater in my S320, the valve is working good i checked it, i took out the out line of the evaporator "both sides" and there is no water coming at all, looks like it clogged..!!
I feel like the climate control is not opining the hot water gate to the evaporator
any ideas please??

Yours
Uday

I have 1992 model w140, the weird thing about the heating and cooling air filtration system is that the fan is always running, and the computers are always trying to adjust the flow and temperature of the air, my vehicle is new to me so I do not have the actual understanding of the theory of operation, but I do understand that the inside of the car isn't just an interior, it's an environment.
underneath the cabin filter where the air circulation blower motor is located, there is a regulator, a small black box, or white perhaps if it is still the original factory installed part. it is fastened right to the fan blower housing, I recently replaced the blower motor and the regulator in my vehicle, some junkyard parts, cost sixteen dollars, but the air circulation system now seems fully functional like it wasn't before.
No telling how long it may have been on the fritz, as long as the temperature selection dials on the console are at 72 degrees or higher, the air system will try and deliver heat, I was working on the car the other night, and with a door open in the cold, the air system was trying its best to compensate for the open door, in the past four months of winter, it didn't do that before, by itself.

Fluid level in the engine coolant reservoir is a curiosity, I check the fluids regular, and with having changed a couple of hoses, I can squeeze the upper radiator hose, and air bubbles will come up in the reservoir, I do know that some manufacturers put in a bleeder valve on the cooling system to release all the air from the cooling system, I'm not sure if this model has one, perhaps there is a mechanic more familiar with this model that can help us out with that.
