My 94 s350 A/C blows through main vents in "Auto" position upon first starting the car for about 3 to 5min then blows out the defrost vents (very weak ) and stays there. If I restart the car it will do same and only blow out the defrost again. I can hear the doors actuating. Pleas help.

sounds like a vacumm issue,leak some where,or pump under rear seat is not working good.
