I recently bought this low milage 1993 300SE and the wiper has some problem. If you use it for more than say 30 minutes in the rain, it'd get stuck and even the window washing liquid won't work. And you leave it for a couple of days, it would be back to normal. What is happening here?

check the wiring first on your car,then see if if you can lube anything in the wiper motor and linkage area.I keep mine lubed once a year.
