Angry 1995 S500 Steering issue

W140 1996 S500 steering sticks when turning either left or right at the same point once in every revolution, steering movement and assistance is normal before and after this point. This happened at the shop after tires fitted and alignment done, steering was normal before this. All steering links check OK, no parts bent or binding. Is this a normal steering box failure, can anyone assist?
