1997 S420 Mercedes Benz
97 S420 Engine Stalls

My 97 S420 is stalling out when it's cold or while cornering when cold yet it starts back up easily but continues to stall until engine warms up is anyone Exspireanceing this problem.

cold stall

Mine starts and kind of runs out of gas almost and runs fine as long as i don't put it in gear right away ...or it will stall. I'm thinking one of injectors, plugs, fuel filter, fuel pump, after 21 years. Any thoughts?

This is the right place to start. Another member and I were discussing a similar issue on a e350 that was experiencing random engine shutoff. first check your fuel line pressure then check the fuel pump and fuel filter. I'm thinking its the fuel line pressure and you have too high of pressure which could cause the bogging down of the engine. If your up for the DIY here is the write up of how to perform the test and clean the system:
