I'm trying to help fix my dad's 300 SE. The wipers haven't been working for a while and I'd like to try and troubleshoot it for him, as he's low on funds and I think I can probably fix it.

A few times it has started to work again but that was once or twice in a 8 month span.

Any tests I can't run to rule out what it is not? - Motor, motor relay.
